👉 As the Audit & Assurance team in Finland is expanding, we are now looking for an experienced (Senior) Audit & Assurance Manager, KHT to join Forvis Mazars’ Helsinki office. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding the service offering while delivering high-quality audit engagements in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

💼 The position is full-time and permanent, and we wish you could start in September 2026 at the latest. Forvis Mazars’ office is located in Hakaniemi, Helsinki and you will have the opportunity to work remotely a few times a week.

🎯 In this position, you will be an integral part of building and developing the audit team in Finland. You will lead audit assignments from planning through to completion and act as a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues. In your day-to-day work, you will manage audit engagements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. You will assess risks and tailor audit strategies to the clients, overseeing the full audit cycle from planning through to final reporting and closure. In addition, you will coach and supervise junior team members, supporting their professional development. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders, building strong and long-lasting relationships based on trust and service excellence. You will also collaborate closely with other Forvis Mazars teams to deliver integrated and seamless client solutions. To maintain a high standard of service, you will stay up to date with audit standards and accounting regulations and actively share your knowledge and expertise with both clients and colleagues.

You may be the person we’re looking for if:

🔹 you are an audit professional with a recognized audit qualification (KHT/JHT,) and you have at least 6 years of relevant post-graduation work experience;

🔹 you have strong knowledge of audit standards and accounting frameworks, and you are committed to delivering high-quality work;

🔹 you are an agile team player with strong analytical skills and a business- and people-oriented mindset;

🔹 you have good leadership skills, and you want to contribute to both growth and excellent client experience; and

🔹 you have great communication skills, and you have fluent work proficiency in both Finnish and English – other language skills, as Swedish and German, are considered as an advantage.
