👉 We are looking for a legal counsel to join Wihuri’s legal team based in Kulosaari, Helsinki.

📅 The position is full-time starting ideally in January 2026.

Your responsibilities will include supporting Wihuri’s business divisions (i.e., packaging, daily goods wholesale, technical trade, and aviation) in their day-to-day legal needs. In particular, you will work with different kinds of commercial agreements. You will also participate in Wihuri Group’s various compliance matters arising in connection with Wihuri’s business.

You may be the person we’re looking for if you:

🔹 have a Master of Laws degree from a Finnish university (or recognised as comparable) and approximately 1–3 years of post-graduation experience, ideally from a law firm or large company;

🔹 have experience working with various types of commercial agreements (especially sales agreements) and can handle contract negotiations with confidence;

🔹 have interest in ethics & compliance;

🔹 are comfortable working independently and taking initiative when legal judgement calls need to be made;

🔹 have a keen eye for detail and a conscientious way of working;

🔹 have a positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships with business teams; and

🔹 work fluently in Finnish and English and communicate clearly with lawyers and non-lawyers alike.
